At Family & Co Chiropractic, our goal is to offer our patients top of the line chiropractic care at an affordable price. At this time, we do not accept insurance - this allows us to spend the time with our patients that they deserve and keeps our prices fair!

We do accept Flex Spending and Health Savings Accounts and are always happy to provide you with an itemized receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

• Adults & Children (4-17+):

  • $175 First Visit (includes consult, exam + treatment) - 1 hour

  • $90 Follow-up Treatments - 30 minutes

• For Children 3 & Under:

  • $130 First Visit (includes consult, exam + treatment) - 30-45 minutes

  • $65 Follow-up Treatments - 20 minutes

• For a Titleist Performance Institute Medical Assessment

  • $600 Initial Assessment + Treatment (includes consult, golf assessment, medical exam, treatment, exercise programming, and team coordination) - 2.5 hours

  • Follow-up Treatments are offered both in packages and a la carte. Inquire for more information.
